Calling all Apopka area Employers! Looking for help this summer?
The City of Apopka- News, Events, & Info is proud to host the 8th Annual Apopka Youth Works (AYW) Program in conjunction with CareerSource Central Florida and the local business community.
This summer internship program provides local high school students an opportunity to earn a wage while learning more about possible career interests.
For employers, it is a chance to have help while providing an enriching experience for our youth. The best part is the AYW program covers the students’ wages and insurance.
If your company is interested in hosting a student this summer, please complete the application here and now. The deadline for employers to sign up is Sunday, May 15, 2022.
