Leadership Apopka is a premier leadership development program offered by the Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce. Through immersive learning, deep relationship-building, and community engagement, the program equips individuals to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact across Apopka’s business, civic, and nonprofit sectors.

Program Format & Topics

The Leadership Apopka program runs for 9–10 months, featuring monthly full-day sessions, immersive site visits, and team-based community projects.

Each cohort will complete a Capstone Community Project designed to benefit the Apopka community, culminating in a formal graduation ceremony.

Applications for the next Leadership Apopka cohort open March 1, 2026 and close March 31, 2026. Space is limited, and selection is competitive to ensure a diverse, well-rounded class.
