    Pay rate: $32-$40/hr


    • 3 years of project level change management experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in business, organizational leadership, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology, education, or a related discipline
    • Experience in SharePoint, and Office 365 Education
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet searching

    This position will focus on the people side of change – providing change management project support on changes to business processes, policies, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management plans and activities that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This role will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes, which delivering a positive employee experience.
    Job Tasks:
    • Apply a structured methodology (Prosci’s ADKAR) and lead change management activities on assigned projects including:
    o Assessing the change impact;
    o Creating the change management strategy for the project and integrating change management activities into project plan;
    o Creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan;
    o Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress;
    o Completing change management assessments throughout the project lifecycle including user readiness;
    o Identifying resistance and analyzing, preparing and delivering recommendations for risk mitigation tactics to the project leadership team;
    o Track and report issues to the project leadership team;
    o Stakeholder management in partnership with the project team leadership;
    o Consulting and coaching project team members, stakeholders and sponsors on change management principles; 
    o Drafting change related communications and coordinating supporting activities in partnership with the project team and related support organizations.
    • Promote change management at the organizational level by:
    o Building awareness of change management philosophy and its value;
    o Supporting, coaching and engaging leaders on change management opportunities; 
    o Partnering with the Change Agent Network to support changes across the organization, and help build their change maturity through coaching and educational opportunities.
