Camp Thunderbird: Camp Thunderbird is a one and two week camping experience for children and adults that have learning disabilities. The learning disabilities include Down Syndrome, Autism. The campers are supervised by trained counselors during all activities. Camp Thunderbird is also a member of the Quest Family that also has group homes for high functioning individuals.

The Red Caps have assisted them by doing food drives and picking up baked goods such as bread and pastry from Publix & other entities and delivering it to Loaves and Fishes for distribution.
Apopka & Wekiva High Schools: Both High Schools receive yearly scholarships from the Red Caps for the continuation of the education of the best and brightest graduating students. The scholarships are utilized to help fund their college educations.
