Jennifer Englebert
Attorney & Managing Partner , The Orlando Law Group
Jennifer Englert is the managing partner and founder of OLG. For over 22 years, she has focused on business disputes, business law, general civil litigation, special needs & education law, family law, personal injury, and real estate. She has represented entities and individuals in both federal and state trial and appellate courts. Under her direction, The Orlando Law Group has been named one of the fastest-growing law firms in Central Florida and throughout America. She earned her JD from the University of Florida, and her bachelor’s in political science from Stetson University. She began her legal career in a large firm representing companies like Exxon, Disney, Darden, Sea World and Orlando Health. She resides with her family in Waterford Lakes.
Marsha Summersil

As a divorce lawyer and custody lawyer in Altamonte Springs, Florida, near Orlando, Maitland, and Winter Park, Marsha Summersill has proven experience in the courtroom and at the settlement table. Erika De Jesus

Erika is an enthusiastic, charismatic, and dedicated attorney. The areas in which she practices include entertainment law, family law, estate planning, business law, as well as deeds and real estate issues. De Jesus graduated from the University of Central Florida with her bachelor’s degree in legal studies and went on to receive her juris doctor degree from Barry University School of Law. While studying for the bar exam, Erika acted as a Civil Litigation and Family Law Clerk, which reignited her passion for helping people and applying the law in innovative ways. In college, Erika studied copyright and trademark law. She brings a deep understanding and passion for helping individuals actualize their brand in a way that protects them.
Jarrod Etheridge
Attorney, The Orlando Law Group
Jarrod Etheridge was born and raised in Orlando. He graduated the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a certificate in Victim Advocacy. In 2018, he graduated from Barry University’s School of Law. Jarrod has been a part of The Orlando Law Group team since 2016, where he began as a paralegal and has gained experience in every aspect of the law firm. He also has been volunteering with the Avalon Park Kiwanis Club for two years, and currently holds a seat as a board member. Jarrod is located in the Waterford Lakes Office, and will be handling sports, entertainment, and real estate matters.
Alan Byrd, Moderator

Alan Byrds' professional experience is primarily in sales and marketing of both corporately-owned retail products to business-to-business high end services. He has overseen partnerships, advertising campaigns, sponsorship programs, telemarketing initiatives, direct mail campaigns, e-mail marketing, website development, public relations programs, community involvement development and more. Mr. Byrd is also a very experienced non-profit board member, having served on more than a dozen community organizations, including the volunteer chairman of two.
