Tony Benge

Successfully developed over twenty-five large scale projects in the Central Florida market since 1994, with over fifteen thousand residential lots. These projects include mixed use communities such as EastWood, JB Ranch, and Traditions. BDC has twenty years of experience identifying, planning, permitting and fully developing residential and commercial projects. Commercial projects include Chick-fil-a, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Publix and Marriott Hotels. Mr. Benge has been the Chairman of the Blanchard Park YMCA Board, a current Board member and Chair of the Downtown Orlando YMCA and Junior Achievement of Central Florida. Tony lives in Winter Park, Florida with his wife Robyn and his daughter Anna attends the University of Central Florida.
Trevor Hall Jr

Later, he worked together with his father as broker owners of Lambert Smith Hampton's Orlando office. He then engineered the firm's sale and repositioned himself in landowner representation. In 1998, he joined Colliers International and has excelled as an integral team member and Executive Managing Director of Land Services. Trevor's community involvement includes Founder of NAIOP's Diversity and Equitable Access efforts, Central Florida YMCA development committee, and many others. Trevor is an intelligent, ethical, and resourceful professional who has been successfully growing business in the Central Florida Area.
Alan Sheppard, Jr.

Commercial real estate attorney with wide-ranging experience in commercial real estate finance and development, including development of industrial and office parks, regional shopping centers, and multi-family development. Alan has particular expertise in land use entitlements and zoning law. He has an LL.M. in Taxation, and therefore, experience providing legal advice regarding the tax implications of real estate investments, including joint ventures, as well as mortgage and construction financing, lease financing, mezzanine lending, asset-based finance and working capital loan transactions.
