Pam Hargis is a business-performance specialist, with more than 30 years of experience in corporate strategic planning, sales leadership with proven results, process development leading high-profile, high-risk international projects, and managing large teams with direct and indirect accountability. She excels at developing production and operational efficiencies and strategies that maximize profitability and productivity. Her expertise includes leading, training, and holding business owners and leaders accountable to achieve sales and service targets.
After a successful 36-year career as a Bank of America executive, Pam’s current success includes helping business owners, executives, employees, and even high school students learn, grow, and execute proven success tactics that produce immediate results! She sets herself apart from others by coaching practical, easy-to-implement, habit-forming steps so clients can achieve their goals in ways they never thought possible.
In addition to providing career advancement, executive coaching, strategic planning, client experience, exit strategies, time management, employee engagement, performance coaching, and sales/service curricula, Pam’s creative training and speaking delivery ranges from one-on-one to large conferences with hundreds of participants.
Pam is heavily involved in local communities serving on boards, advisory councils, leadership positions and more. Pam and her high school sweetheart, Jim, have been married 41 years and have two grown children. A true model of work hard- play hard, and work/life balance, she decompresses from a hard work week relaxing on the boat or motorcycle, working in the yard, creating something, or reading suspense novels.
