Pam Dionne

P5-b2555-(2)

Pam Dionne is a Florida native and Apopka resident who spent most of her life in the Apopka area where she attended local schools and graduated from Lake Brantley High School. Following high school, she continued her education at Seminole State College where she studied Business Administration.

For more than twenty five years, Pam has been an integral part of her father’s electrical company.

STE Electrical Systems, Inc. was opened in 1989, and has remained a local, family-owned business that has continually served the Apopka community.

As Vice President and business partner, Pam has contributed to the growth and success of the business.

Today, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s business practices and ensuring all the staffing and safety programs are operating efficiently.

In an effort to better understand the housing market and the economic changes that are so important to the construction industry, Pam went back to school and received her Florida Real Estate License in 2001. Expanding her knowledge of the construction world has proved very successful for both Pam and STE Electrical Systems, Inc.

Along with her continued education, Pam feels that being an active member of the community is of the highest importance. She is a member of Greater Orlando Builders Association, the Home Builders Association of Lake County, and the National Association of Credit Management.

She is also a member of Leadership Apopka alumni and has served on The Parent Advisory Board with Saint John’s County Schools, The Foliage Sertoma Board of Directors, and is currently an Ambassador for the Chamber and our newest member of the Board of Directors.

The passion she has to better the Apopka community has helped her build lasting relationships in both her business and personal life.

In her leisure time, Pam thoroughly enjoys a good book and cooking. She also finds the importance of remaining active and can be found practicing yoga, camping with her family, and enjoying long hikes with her husband, Jeff. Despite all she has accomplished in the business world, Pam still considers her biggest achievement to be her two beautiful children and six amazing grandbabies.

Pam was honored this past June as the 2014-2015 Chamber Businesswoman of the Year.
